I'm sorry I have kept so silent these last few weeks, due to various real life concerns. Thanks for all the nice and enlightening comments, which I still hope to find the time to reply to. We have some school holidays here in Paris, and although I'm not sure I'm entitled to holidays myself, I decided to take a few days off and spend them in Tokyo.
